We offer a 14-Day Money Back, Satisfaction Guarantee! (Excludes products that are “MADE TO ORDER”) If you’re not satisfied with your products we will issue you a refund, minus a 10% handling fee, no questions asked.
We understand that you may need to trial your product. If you decide that the product/s simply is not for you, we ask that you re-box and package the unit, along with any balconybar. accessory, in the original packaging in like-new condition.

We stand behind everything we make with a 1 Year Warranty.

If your balconybar. product arrives at your door or defects with a manufacturing fault within the first 1 year, we will repair or replace the defective part at no additional cost to you.

If your balconybar. requires repair due to normal wear and tear, we will do the repairs—including wood resurfacing, base painting, or panel replacement—at a minimal cost to you (estimated on a case by case basis).

We collect with a 10% handling fee, but you do the re-packing!
Once your returned unit arrives, we will issue you a refund of the cost of your items and any sales tax minus a 10% handling fee of the total order value. If the product shows signs of wear and tear, we deduct an additional 20% from the refund amount to recondition it. Because we are unable to recondition certain balconybar. accessories, we unfortunately cannot accept returned accessories that display wear and tear. We welcome all exchanges of products in like-new condition.

Balconybar reserves the right to determine what constitutes a manufacturing defect or wear and tear, but we believe in building a culture of mutual trust and respect — We’re on your side.
